The Slip-Stitch Mesh Pattern is an easy knit that produces a fabric that appears a bit like it has been crocheted. As a result, both sides of the pattern are quite pleasing to the eye.
In fact, this is a great stitch pattern to use for summer tops or wraps. Furthermore, the stitch combination produces a textured fabric that is both soft and thick.
Even though this is not really a reversible stitch pattern, the reverse side is still quite intriguing.
Consequently, this makes the pattern great for knitting projects that have two public sides, for instance, baby blankets and scarves.
In addition, this is a great pattern for beginner knitters who would like to try out slipping stitches.
Moreover, you get to practise your slip stitches, you also get to practise moving the yarn from the front to the back of the work and vice versa.
