The Quatrefoil Eyelet Stitch Pattern is a classic, simple to knit lace pattern.

In fact, it is an easy pattern to memorize, so it is great for knitting whilst reading or watching TV.

This beautiful eyelet pattern can often be seen in baby blankets. However, it lends itself really well to knitted tops as well.

Despite the patterns lace-like feel, technically, this is an eyelet pattern.

In fact, eyelet patterns are less open than lace patterns. Furthermore, they are characterized by solid fabrics pierce by openings.

Like all patterns formed of openings, this eyelet pattern can spread some. Therefore, we recommend that you block your gauge swatch before you take your measurements.

This free knit stitch pattern is ideal for Level 3 - Easy Level Knitters
