Pink Petals Baby Jacket – An Adorable Baby Garment

This free knitting pattern is ideal for Level 4 - Intermediate Level Knitters

Another wonderful creation from the Garn Studio design team. This lovely jacket will keep your tot cozy and warm during chilly days.

To make this pattern you will need the DROPS Baby Merino Yarn. It is a gorgeous and luxuriously soft sport-weight yarn made from 100% Wool fibers. It’s the perfect yarn for Garments, Accessories, and home projects.

Moreover, this pattern is available in one size only. They measure about 17 1/4”-19”-20 1/2”-22”-23 5/8”-25 1/4” inches. That’s about 44-48-52-56-60-64 cm if you prefer to use the metric system.

The full-length measures about 9 3/4”-11”-12 1/4”-13 3/8”-14 1/2”-16 3/4 inches That’s about 25-28-31-34-37-40 cm if you prefer the metric system

Furthermore, you will need a US-size 2.5 Circular knitting needle. That’s about 3 mm if you prefer to use the metric system.

Techniques

You will be using the YO or open yarnover increase when you do this project. The open yarnover increase is an increase technique commonly used on lace patterns. It is a standalone, vertical increase, meaning it neither leans to the left nor to the right.
