Created by the talented designer Suzanne Ross from the Knit Picks design team. This Loop-de-Loop Knitted Set will keep the cold away when going outside. In fact, this is a perfect gift to your family and friends on holidays.

This set is available in a single size only, which measures about 27.5 inches in the round by 9.75 inches height for the cowl. That’s approximately 70 cm in circumference by 25 cm in height if you prefer to use the metric system. Plus, the hat measures 22.75 inches in circumference by 8.5 inches in height.

That’s about 58 cm in circumference by 22 cm in height if you prefer to use the metric unit. For mittens, the measurement measures 7.5 inches hand circumference by 9.5 inches in height. That’s about 19 cm by 24 cm if you prefer to use the metric unit.

Moreover, you will need a Capretta Superwash Yarn, a fingering yarn spun from an excellent mixture of fine superwash merino wool, nylon, and cashmere fibers. The fibers provide softness and strength to the yarn making it machine-washable. This yarn is perfect for accessories, garments, and afghans.

Furthermore, you will need two US size 4 circular knitting needles. That’s about 3.5 mm if you prefer to use the metric unit.

Plus, two US size 2 DPN’s or circular knitting needles. That’s approximately 3 mm if you prefer to use the metric unit.

Finally, working this pattern requires you to make the K2tog or knit 2 stitches together, which is a basic decrease technique that slants to the right.
