Designed by the creative team over at Lion Brand Yarns, these arm warmers are worked in the round in one piece.

The pattern is available in a single size but is stretchy enough to fit a range of sizes. Once completed, the warmers measure approximately 10.5 inches in circumference and a length of about 18 inches.

That’s 26.5 cm in circumference and 45.5 cm in length if you prefer metric units.

The arm warmers were made using the discontinued cupcake yarn, however, you can easily substitute any no. 3 or light weight acrylic yarn.

You will also need a size US 3 double-pointed knitting needle. That’s a 3.25 mm needle if you are using the metric system.

Moreover, you will be utilizing the k2tog knitting decrease when working this project. The k2tog or knitting two stitches together is a basic right slanting decrease that is pretty common throughout knitting patterns.

We have an illustrated tutorial for this decrease technique if you want to learn it. You can find that here: Basic Right-Slanting Decrease (K2tog).
